Message	We pulled the engine this morning and the passenger side actuator as "Broke_as_****" had suggested was no longer attached. The retaining clip that holds the actuator to the "flap" in the exhaust was not connected. We put it on and I need to get a new retaining clip tomorrow. Hopefully this solves the problem.
